what does not reprsent an outflow of cash and would not be on a statement of cash flows as a use of cash;

payment of dividends

purchase of noncurrent assets

purchase of treasury stock

or and I chose this one discarding an asset that had been fully depreciated?

  1. I'm no finance wizard, but looking through the statement of cash flow here...

    • payment of dividends is in the Financing Activities section;
    • purchase of noncurrent assets (property and equipment) is in the Long Term Investing section;
    • purchase of treasury stock is in the Long Term Investing section;
    So I'm guessing you picked the right answer.
