Mariah, these Cramlets are meant to supplement your classroom experience so, for now, you'll need to get the audio portion of your German education from your instructor. We definitely recognize that the addition of sound files would make these resources more helpful, so we're looking into getting some.
In the meantime, another option is to find some German foreign movies (either rentals or try your public library). Such immersion can help drive home the feel and flow of a language in ways that simple classroom exercises can't.
