i sort of understand but i keep getting the worng answer my problem i need to solve is

A (8,-1) M (5,-5) ?????? maybe if you show step by step how to solve this ill be able to do the rest on my own.

Lara, it's understandable that you're having some trouble with midpoints, but we can help. Try our Midpoint of a Line Segment cramlet and you can use your own numbers to walk through the solution.
