Fort Worth, Texas (June 11, 2004) - College-Cram announced conversion of www.College-Cram.com to a subscription-based service. College-cram.com provides college students a 24/7 tutorial library covering the core concepts of the basic college curriculum at a fraction of the cost of a textbook. The Smartacus Corporation, operators of College-Cram.com, announced the conversion to a subscription-based service for college students on June 7, 2004. "

Textbook prices have risen to the point where students are looking for better alternatives to advance their studies," said company president Brian Shannon. College-cram allows them to study what they need, when they need it, all for only $10.00 a month or $40.00 a semester. The College-Cram.com library provides over 320 study modules for math, science, business, and foreign language with more in production.

Earlier this year, The Smartacus Corporation launched www.College-Cram.com with free registration for the Spring semester. Since then more than 925 students took advantage of the free registration. "We were very encouraged by student response," said Jack Robinson, Director of Business Development.

The Smartacus Corporation is a developer of premier e-learning products to enhance students' earning power through improved learning. The company designs multimedia, distributed via the Internet and CD-ROM that are teaching tools for the higher education market. The focus is on technology products that are useful, usable, and unique.The company is currently seeking investments.
